Harder on the psyche - losing the Super, or...

No way, at least you got to go to Omaha, not to mention last year at Rosenblatt.

The pain this year is nowhere close IMHO

Rather lose in Omaha than lose in Austin any day of the week and twice on Sunday. The hardest part is that this was last year in Rosenblatt, even though I wouldnt have been able to go I have great memories of attending games there and hitting the zoo and the tailgating so watching this year so far has been tough knowing the Horns arent there.

I actually think losing a home Super is worse. Omaha is 2nd home to Texas. Unfortunately, one drawback to being there the most, is that we will occasionally go 0-2 while there.

Losing on our home turf, denying us a chance to get "Back home to Omaha" hurts much more.

I'd say it depends on who you lost to in the Supers. If that team wins it all, and you played them close, it would be frustrating to know it could be you dog piling in Omaha. But, at least you don't have reason to doubt that you could have done it, too.

If you go 2 and out at the CWS, people will doubt that you even belonged. Regardless of what you believe, others will have their doubts.

Losing a close Super to a team that goes far in Omaha is a greater moral victory.

The general rule is that if we get there, we make some noise there.

Damn it.
