Gunman reported on UT campus

inside the PCL library per news 8. Guadalupe and MLK around that area closed.

supposedly over but campus is still shut down.

per news 8, armored tanks/trucks have been send into the campus. Looks like the six pack around the South Mall is where the concentration is right now. From the maps, looks like MLK, Guadalupe, and 24th street are blocked off. The campus is still on lockdown.

shooter appears to have been a UT student but positive ID still pending.

Luckily, no one was shot.
