I wonder how much those strings cost. Also, Roland had that funky synth guitar (Steve Stevens played one in a lot of the Billy Idol videos) that had the ability to create an amazing amount of sustain. A buddy of mine had one for awhile. It just looked too strange for people to ever accept it.
