grilling uncooked chicken sausages

do you soak them anything, like beer for brats? pre-simmer before grilling?

you don't have too but i've done it before and turned out pretty well. But I am not that big of a fan of poultry sausage except for the ones from Taylor Cafe.

All I know is that the Chicken Queso Pablano ones from HEB are darn good...just grill em.

that's what I got. do you just throw them on the grill. or do you do the beer soaking. read something that said throw them in cold water for 5 minutes.

Soaking seems like a decent idea; I've just thrown them on before but have had trouble with them coming out dry.
