I was just given a large bag of sweet peppers.
Can these be grilled, and if so, does anyone have any special touches to add?

When you say "sweet peppers" do you mean Bell Peppers? Or another variety? A Google Image search shows a variety of "sweet peppers" so it might help to know what you have.
Also, when you say "grill" do you mean roast and peel the skins or do you mean literally to grill and serve as a side dish.
(FWIW, I would say, "Yes, you can grill them" regardless of the answers to my questions. Why not?)
