I won a bet with a Sooner co-worker who insisted that there were 26 ammendments to the U.S. Constitution.
Me, remembering from the depths of my 4 years of alcohol induced stupor at UT, that one of my professors had talked about, where one of his former UT students had personally crusaded to get the 27th ammendment ratified, disagreed.
I won the bet by going to the US govt constituition page and showing him that there are in fact, 27 ammendments to the constitution.... hes wearing Burnt Orange right now, pissing and moaning.
But I thought since so few people know that there are 27 ammendments, that this wikipedia article about a Tex-Ex might be of interest to a UT board.....
