I blame him. It was a dumb move. I don't make that move if I am him. He was a God at Agsy (a football school) and he left that to go where he was NEVER going to be THE guy. He should have walked to Dollar Bill's office with the UK offer in hand, secured a significant raise and a long term contract and stayed at A&M.

At the end of the day, you have got to know who you are and where your base is.
