I think both of our teams come away from this game MUCH better than what they went in.

I vastly underestimated Texas but I'm glad my Tigers were smart enough not to.

Thx. I thought this was a push coming in and still do. Biggest difference was Orlando continuing to blitz especially on 3rd and 17. That and of course the dropped TD. Tough loss, but I think it helps us rest of season. If we can score 38 on LSU we can score 50 on the rest of the big 12. OU has only played high school teams. Nothing to prepare them for conference play. Good luck and kick the crap out of A&M and Bama.

Congratulations on the win, burrows had a career night. I'm proud of our team and our crowd. Haven't heard it this loud and energetic in many years

That LSU qb stepped up every single time in the second half. Texas has a very young D that got taught a tough lesson tonight but in long run they learn from it. Texas has all of its goals still achievable so while it hurts to have lost it isnt a season killer.

Burrow made a great throw under pressure. I knew we would score the go ahead TD if they punted right there. That was the game.

LSU players were dropping like flies. I haven't anything like that ever. Either they were faking it to stop the momentum or we were just gassing them. Ill take the latter. Texas easily could have won this game.

Hopefully it springboards us to win out.

Indeed a very entertaining game. The inexperience of the Texas defense showed. They are talented, fast, and athletic, but inexperienced - and they will learn from this loss. LSU is real - on offense, they will bring a type of play the SEC is not used to seeing. Their defense was exposed, also - but they're not likely to see another offense like Texas.

Next year in Baton Rouge should be a great matchup. Glad to see both schools seeking quality opponents - while Zero U schedules South Dakota!
