Grande cable box v. TWC cable box

Can Party B bring their cable box to Party A's line and receive LHN?
In other words, is it the box or the pole?

My Grande box is a Tivo, The former TWC DVR digital boxes were totally different. And the TWC signal through the coaxial being decoded by TWC box would not include LHN I expect.
