Grammar Question

Per the KJV - Happy 400th! btw - Acts 9:7 is this:

And the men which journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice, but seeing no man.

Why is it "which" instead of "who"?

A 1631 bootleg edition of the KJV omitted a crucial "not", and so it reads "Thou shalt commit adultery". Oops.

People make mistakes.

If that is a serious question, it probably has to do with that which was correct back in the time it was written. There was Old English, Middle English, and of course, the problem of translation into those languages from the original language.
What was the King James bible translated from, Hebrew(?). Greek

I would point you to the Nestle-Aland New Testament. Here is a link to a view of an interior page. The Link

At the bottom you can see that every textual difference between major and minor ancient texts are actually documented. This is the compiled text used by serious scholars, whether they are Christian or non-Christian. So when I was at UT doing Greek at my foriegn language, I was using the same text that I used at both Christian seminaries I attended. Most people don't realise just how well resourced the New Testament is. Maybe you are aware though, and I am telling you what you already know.
