Grad/Law School Loans

Where did you get your grad/law school loans? Want to go w/o co-borrower, but Sallie Mae is insisting I go w/ a law loan which requires a co-borrower. I have qualified for their signature loan (and have been able to get for the last two years; Sallie Mae rep said someone f'd-up and I wasn't supposed to get) Anywho, who might you recommend or have had personal experience with?

I'm sure this probably comes too late, but I was searching for some plumber recommendations and came across your post -- I used CitiBank's loans for my law school loan last year, but (unofficially), a FinAid staff member recommended Access, which I switched to this year. Neither required a co-borrower -- actually, as a grad student, I think they automatically assume you're independent (at least that was my impression). Since you posted in May, I guess you've already got your lender selected and all -- but, just fyi anyway

Good luck!
