GOTP Unconditional Surrender in 3,2,

And in other news Obama and his cronies are still ********.

We need to duplicate people like Cruz and get this country back to the constitution!

It is clear that the GOP is being blamed more for this shutdown than the Democrats or the President, and this is damaging their party.

This is just ONE POLL.

There was a similar AP poll earlier in the week that didn't get any publicity because it showed BO's approval rating down to 37%. It wasn't anywhere near this skewed.

Tea Party stands on the shoulders of the Founding Fathers, all of whom were versed in the Classics and knew full well the dangers of political power -- which many of today's liberals deny as a concern, and who prefer more government as the answer to everything.

Many liberals are poorly educated, know nothing of the basic principles of the country, and can only follow a Pied Piper and rail against what that leader demonizes.

Obama's side of things worships political power, consolidated rule of concentrated power -- naively believing that they can hold that much power and not be corrupted.

The Tea Party simply stands against the ignorant and the naive.

Here it is in plain English: most liberals have allowed the trickle-down of political power to warp (for lack of a better word) their good sense, leaving them with appeal to the side of vice instead of virtue: to language of anger, disdain, ridicule, mockery, and spite.

But mostly FEAR. They are afraid of what they do not understand.

Hence, the work of those wielding questionable power is done. Rule through fear.

The opposite of fear is ... Love.

Have you heard a single word flavored wit love from leading liberals?.. Reid, Carney, Pelosi.. Obama?

The language today from out-spoken liberals and those siding with this administration are devoid of genuine love, and charity and grace.

Why wouldn't a person prefer the Tea Party?

With all due respect, that's my 2 cents.

Good post Hu Fan.

I think the most disturbing thing about the poll that the OP sites was that a huge number of respondents, something like 62%, think that the government should be doing MORE FOR THEM! That's unsettling, but I guess it shouldn't be surprising given that we've elected a socialist two times in a row.

Celebrating a political victory is foolish.

Did the Tea Party gain anything from this mess? It looks to me that both parties kicked the can down the road a bit so we'll have the same debates in Jan/Feb '14.

This hardly seems like a great victory for anybody. It extends the debt limit and the potential for default for just 3 or 4 months. In a few weeks the wrangling will start over again and nobody willl remember this anyway.

Maybe now the attention will focus on what a turd Obamacare really is.

That lady in blue is a crazy pycho ***** who needs to pass **** just so she can see whats in it.

Both parties suck major *** and the only ones that have any sort of fiscal sense are torn apart in the MSM.

I wonder if Roger35 even cares to balance his own checkbook? The fact that he doesn't want the gvt to do the same is proof of just how crazy he and the left and most of the right really are.

"I agree with "probably." The only way I can see him keeping the speakership is if the Tea Party splits off and the GOP is freed up to move closer to the center. They probably wouldn't get a clean majority, but a plurality (something like 46-44-10) wouldn't be out of the question."

Well, that would work if he were a leaders in the Senate. But he's the Speaker of the HOUSE of representatives. But thanks for playing.
