Got a new cell

and I can't figure out how to install the internet into it. Every time I try to log on it says network failure. The booklet doesn't have anything about the internet in it. Anyone know how to start it up on a Cingular phone?

If it's anything like Sprint's wireless web, it may take a while before it is activated.

I had the same problem. I think you have to sign up for MEdia Net to make it work. I think the cheapest one was $2.99 extra a month. The Cingular website isn't working for me right now so I can't give you a link, but that's what you have to do.
