Anyone heard of a "gooseneck" supposely its the neck of a cow or something. Relatives are bringing it in for a reunion and want us to cook it. IT supposedly weighs in around 30 lbs. and the plan is to cut it into thirds and throw it on smoker. They say its like a brisket. I've never heard of it!
