I make 10in pizzas using pita bread as the crust. I recently started using Phonecia pita because they are bigger and thinner. They crisp up pretty well, and everyone can make their own pizza.

Back when I was in school, Double Dave's would sell dough for 25 cents (for the large) if you knew to ask for it...
