I've got a friend (30's) who is in Austin for SxSW and wants know to some fun places to go.

It's been a long time since I've lived there, so can y'all offers suggestions for:
1) Restaurants, breakfast & dinner
2) Bars for 30+ crowd
3) Activities, like biking around Town Lake
