Anybody know of a good Asian food place that serves bean sprout egg rolls? My wife can't stand the cabbage ones, and we've had no luck in finding someplace that serves up rolls of the bean spout variety.
To further Not That Bob's question about what you want, do you mean Spring Rolls? I have never had a roll with just sprouts. Does what she is talking about have rice vermicelli noodles in it with the sprouts? They are white, thick and are either steamed or fried? If so, I can suggest a few places.
The ones at Buffet Palace meet that description, except they're neither fried nor steamed and served cold. It's pretty bland but there's peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
I guess I meant those when I said steamed. I like to put the Hoisin (purple) sauce and Sriracha (Rooster Sauce) hot sauce on them along with the peanut sauce.
They can be found in most asian restaurants that I have gone to.
