After he visited and left without committing, I pretty much figured he was not as high on Texas as he let on...then after we got commitments from a few other WRs, I think the writing was on the door for him.

Good luck, hope he has success anywhere but OU, and if he goes to OU, I hope he has success anytime, but the second week of October.

This is weird. Arkansas fans had been hearing positive stuff on Cobbs as well. The that list comes out.

Now, there is a rivals article out today (5/5) that says he has trimmed his list to 10. Except in this one, both Arkansas and Texas made the cut.
