I'm making a semi-urgent trip to Houston in a couple of days to see my pop who is seriouslly ill. The trip will give me a chance to sample some authentic Tex-Mex, which I only get when I fly to Dallas for the blOwU game every year. Any suggestions for good Tex-Mex in Humble or Kingwood? Doesn't have to be fancy...hole-in-the-wall or Mom-and-Pop joints are fine by me if the food is good.
