Good BBQ Cookbook

I use Dr. BBQ's Big-Time BBQ Cookbook all the time. For those looking for a good buy, check this one out. It has great recipes for almost anything: beef brisket, ribs, pork butt, loin, poultry, fish, and includes a bunch of recipes for different rubs and sauces. Anyone else have anything they use?

"Legends of Texas Barbecue." It is about Texas barbecue only, and no frills -- no fish, that sort of thing.

That said, it is a life-changing book. Almost every question I have ever seen asked about BBQ on Hornfans has an answer that can be found in that book.

i ordered the Legends cookbook based on the reccomendations here. still making my way thorugh it but what i have read is great

In re GakFoo getting the book because of the thread:

Seriously everyone, how genius are threads like this?

I ordered a book on investing last week and today I am picking up a zydeco CD (Clifton Chenier [sp?]) at Best Buy on the way home. Both actions were recommendations from Hornfans and will surely not disappoint.

I just ordered it!
