Where is the best place in town, or who is the best instructor (for beginners)?

I was just going to suggest, now I will back up the Informal Classes. I have been told by many that for the price it is a steal. Even for a bit more it would be a steal. I am hoping to go later in the summer, gotta check the schedules.
