anyone have that link to the website posted a couple months ago that sells slightly used balls super cheap??

ldogg, I have dealt with these people and they are tie suckers.
I bought Callaway "Mint" golf balls. The balls were water logged. I had to keep complaining before anything got done. I would not expect much from these people. Just FYI.

hmmm... well that doesn't sound good... any other reputable places?

anyone else have a good purchase from these people?

I got a few dozen pro v1s, I forget the rating, mint and near mint I think. Satisfied. No water logged.

What type of balls are you looking for?

Golfsmith has MaxFli M3's on sale for 14.99 in store. They also have Callaway logo overruns for cheap.

Depending on what you plan on getting, it might just be safer to buy new.

I bought some Hogan Apex Red's the other day on eBay...I'm hoping they turn out, but for the price I payed, who knows.

JMO, but I've never thought the price trade-off was worth it in buying used balls. Haven't had much experience with it, mostly because of this--so try it:
I held a box of three dozen used golf balls in one hand, and two boxes of a dozen new golf balls in the other. There was no weight difference, and not enough of a price difference to cause me heartache.
That pretty much ended my used golf ball buying days.

I bought some used ProV1 at Academy. I think there were 30 in the bag for $20.00. I couldn't tell any difference between these balls and new ProV1 I had. Maybe I'm not good enough at golf to know the difference.

I like the ProV1 but I will not pay $4.00 a ball for them. I normally pay between $15 - $20 dollars for a box of golf balls so the Academy deal sounded good to me.

I have been back to Academy for more of these balls and they were no longer there. I'm not sure if they were just sold out or if it was a limited time only.
