Going to Aspen in early March

I haven't been in about six years. I know Double Diamond is now closed which sucks. I used to love that place. Any good restaurant or bar recommendations?

Is Takah Sushi still around?

Kenichi is still the best sushi. Campo de Fiori, Cache Cache, and the Elks are still the top restaurants. Erics and The Red Onio are still great places to grab a drink and a burger. The Onion is closing after this season as the mall is getting re-designed/ developed, so be sure to stop in and have a few. The posters on the wall are all Hunter S. Thompson originals and some of the only ones left.

The sandwich shop next to dominos changed names recently but is still the best quick food in Aspen. Ajax tavern is still a good choice, the Truffle French fries are world famous.
Be sure to hop over to Snowmass, they are undergoing a 2bil reconstruction effort that will be done next season. The plans look really nice.

We're staying in Aspen. I'll probably ski Snowmass the first day and then Apsen or Highlands the second. The third day, I'll probably just chill out in town. Going with my wife and a group of friends. Wife's not much of a skiier, and after two days on the mountain, no doubt she'll want to rest.
