Going for OU/AM ect.

I don't know how this compares to BCS games (big 12 getting extra revenue), but should we be going for A&M and OU to help the conference image & recruiting ect?

I usually root for other conference schools because the Big 12 gets little to no respect in basketball. Having said that, it is difficult to watch one of your rivals have success when your school may have had an earlier than expected exit.

Well, I suppose we can all agree to root for Baylor and UTA

I guess thats where I have the most questions. I mean, when Kansas made a BCD game last season, I was pretty happy. But, there is a huge difference between rooting for Kansas football Kansas Football and OU/A&M anything. But, I don't know how extra games affect Big 12 revenue. And, are we passed the talk a few years ago or Texas (the state) not being a place for east or west coast players to go for college?

I root for all conference teams in general. Although I certainly don't lose sleep over an OU shelaking.

I hope the Big XII goes 6-0 in the first round and then from there I go by what I predict. The first round is all I care about from conference strength standpoint.

i'll root for baylor, ku, and kstate... but no i will not root for either of those two schools.

It's pretty easy to root for the Big 12 teams through the first round. The more of us that make the Sweet 16, the better that the conference looks.

After that, I must admit that I get petty and start wanting no other Big 12 team to do better than Texas.
