Go to Resume format?

I'm updating my resume and was thinking I should re-think the current format. It's the same format I've had since college. Do you guys have a format you recommend, always use or prefer to see. I've been in my current position three years so I still don't have a ton on career experience but it is definitely what I will be doing in some form for the rest of my career.
