Let's put some of the synergy for our Ladies as our volleyball team is playing for the NC game on Saturday night at 7 P.M. on ESPN2. We must help our team keep staying focused. We can beat Penn State but we must be at our best. We have been stuck on 47 NC championships in all sports for the past several years and we need to get some more and get in the 50s.

GO HORNS! BEAT PENN STATE!

WOW, the matchup we've all been waiting for. If the Horns play like they did against Minnesota they have an excellent chance of upsetting PSU... I just hope everyone plays to their potential as all concerned are expecting a great match. I loved some of the reader comments following the Minneoplis Star Tribune recap of the Horn-Gopher contest...

Way to go , HORNS!!!!!

This feels just like USC vs. TEXAS. Everybody handing Penn State the trophy and not giving TEXAS a chance. Penn State this and Penn State that......don't get me wrong.....THEY have been very impressive the past three years and it will be tough for TEXAS to beat them, but if Michigan can take two sets from them, we CAN TOO!!!!

I just hope our girls don't get behind like they did with Minn. because it will be harder to come back up with Penn State.

Hawaii beat Penn State in one set and all the others they kept getting stuffed because of the height differential.

Well....guess what......that's not going to work against us.

Here's to HOOKER, ENGLE, DORIS creating THE ORANGE WALL!

The picture of Destinee is amazing, but Minnesota was comprised of players with 4" vertical leaps, and unfortunately, Penn State is not. But I am looking forward to the match Saturday, I'll be watching.
Did they say Penn State has six 6-footers, including the 6'5" All-American? They can really block shots, but so can Texas, and Hooker should be able to get above their blocks if anyone can.
We can't make many unforced errors to win this one.
This is a collision of two great teams, looked for by the volleyball fans for an entire year. It would be great to pull off the win, end Penn State's 101 match win streak and light the tower orange with another national championship!
 
i couldn't get over the fact that she can touch 10'10" !! she probably can't palm a basketball, but I guarantee you she could easily dunk a volleyball
 
For those of you who maybe never went to the Gregory while on campus to see a VB match or watched one on tv, this is your time to turn that around. Trust me, it is exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. The swings and turns in a match can be riveting. Yeah, I said it, riveting.

This team is loaded with talent but so is Penn State, obviously. If you are at home tomorrow night and think about it, make sure to tune in and watch. I think you will enjoy it (for first timers). And if we win you will be really stoked.
 
Just got my VB shirt today, sporting it proudly.

The big screens at my local pub will have the Cowboys on except for the one I will be watching!!!!!!

Husker sending some love your way. Hooker's a badass. I still hate Penn State for them beating us at home in the Four last year (not to mention the Happy Valley shafting in football in 1982, and not to mention PSU fans are completely obnoxious). I hope the Lady Horns send State Penn back to Unhappy Valley as losers - two thumbs up tomorrow for sure.
 
No, Sidewinder, thank you, really. It was awesome. Typo's can be the funniest things sometimes and we all make them so it's no biggie in the end.
