They like the glue used to hold boxes, toilet paper rollers and magazines and the like together, especially if it gets damp, and that inclues the glue used on particle board. If you have any of that stuff used in any of your cabinets (mainly used for backings and floors of some "off-the-shelf" type cabinets), you may not have much luck getting rid of them entirely.
I'd get rid of any shoeboxes or the like that might be under a sink and replace 'em with plastic baskets or boxes. Spray before putting all that stuff back in and work on ventilating any damp areas to encourage drying.
Seriously though, my lake house used to be infested.After I trew away all the old magazines, I bought some home insect control stuff and sprayed the basboards 2 years ago... havn't seen one since. It also helps that I removed the old molding carpet and replaced it with tile...
