Went in thinking it would be pretty stupid and it was but still funny. If you like Steve Carrell then you will like this one.

My son sat next to him on a Qantas flight last night from Sydney to Melbourne.

Apparently he's down under promoting this flick. I can't wait to hear more about it when he gets home.

It was decent, good mix of cheap laughs with set piece explosions. Anne Hathaway looked pretty good in it also.

i thought it was pretty good. airplane bathroom scene was hilarious.

After watching it I was surprised at the number of negative reviews. It's not a cinematic masterpiece, but it was funny and enjoyable.

Loved Patrick Warburton at the end too.

Is this a movie worth waiting for on DVD at home? I break it down by special effects or action that needs to be seen on the really big screen. Most comedies can be seen at home without people on cell phones and talking.

I want to see this movie now but is it worth going to now or can I wait a couple of months till it goes dvd?

i had a bunch of laugh out loud moments.

i thoroughly enjoyed it.

and it did pay homage to the TV show. i don't think this is a spoiler but:

he did use some of the catch-phrases: "Would you believe . . . " "Missed it by that much."

and there is one great cameo.

This movie kicked ***. If the idea is to entertain then this movie dominates. It was funny as hell and moved along quickly and efficiently. Great cast, good story, good pace and funny as hell.

You don't HAVE to see it in the theater, but I would pay to see it again.

Go in with low expectations and you should enjoy it. I wasn't expecting much and it was quite a bit funnier than I thought it would be. It wasn't amazing but I laughed many times and was thoroughly entertained.

Anne Hathaway does look very good in general and makes a perfect 99. I agree that you don't have to see it in the theater but when I saw it there were 10 people total in the theater. I was happy I didn't wait for DVD and I would pay to see it again too.

How much content inappropriate for an 8 year old who thinks old Get Smart TV shows are hilarious?

There is some language, but not much. I can't remember hearing the F word, but they said **** a few times. I also can't think of any thing sexual that might be a problem for an 8 year old.

In fact, I think an 8 year old would love this movie.

Well, there was one scene that was a little suggestive, but I'm not sure an 8 year old would get it unless they were very sophisticated.

I saw "Get Smart" today... or as it's called down here "Super Agente 86 (Subtitulo)"

Really liked it. I've never been a huge Anne Hathaway fan one way or the other, but her ability to act and fill out a sparkly silver dress definitely won me over.

Also, it looks like the film industry has found a replacement for the villain with a heart character filled for years by the guy affectionately known as "Jaws".

Went and saw it to celebrate my b-day. I didn't really have any expectations and really, really enjoyed it. It was light hearted and funny without being boring. Really good cast.
