Depends where you get it... get the real thing in Spain and it kicks ***! Get what people often call gaspacho hear and it is an aberration.

I've had fresh gazpacho made by one of my chef friends and it was fantastic. It's made for hot Summer days when you need a good starter soup that isn't heavy.

I love a good gazpacho. The only time I get it though is when my chef friend or his mom make it. they were born in spain.
