I know we were down 9-3 but the Sox reliever just gave up a single to Blalock followed by 2 BBs to load the bases. What does Laird do? Swings at ball one, swings and misses at a slider in the ******* dirt. Then he watches strike three that was called a ball then watches strike four and the ump puts him out of his misery.

Its a good thing Salti is down at AAA while we get to watch Laird hit worse than Salti likely would have here...Give the guy all the at bats he can handle in the big leagues----its not like were making some kind of pennant run anyway this year

But I feel the same way about Kinsler. Sometimes it seems like he's on some galaxy far, far away.
