General Contractor for Home Addition, Austin

Any recommendations?

I have a detached garage and want to merge the house/garage in matrimony.

This would add about 400 sq feet to my house without losing a bit of yard or any view whatsoever. Only complicated part to this, besides the new roof (which I need a new one anyways), is plumbing since I want at least part of the additional area to be a laundry room. I hate the current placement of my laundry room.

Anyways, thanks for any recommendations.
