Obviously the customers are required to keep a serious straight face filming those commercials. Some of them look like they are struggling to keep from cracking up.

Actually she never used to say she did plastic surgery, it was the press and tabloids, right? They were on her about this for a long time. I thought it was funny she played to that. I could be wrong though. I was too young to really know her shtick if that is the case.
