Gas pump accuracy complaints

Does anyone know where I can submit an official complaint regarding gas pump accuracy? The gas station in question is in San Antonio.

I went there earlier, but couldn't find a complaint form, or even any info on filing a comlaint. I guess I'll just contact their general info.

Read the fine print on some of the stickers that are on every gas pump. There should be a phone number or address on the pump license or permit.
