Gas, Money, Pressure

Filled up yesterday at $2.099. Went straight home and inflated my tires to 35psi. Drove into work this morning about 60mph. How else to conserve this liquid gold?

Pump up the pressure to 40
Clean and wax your car
Drive with the glass up
Drive without the AC
Drive in the highest gear possible
Make sure you have a clean air filter, plugs and wires
Add a home-made ice-water fed intercooler to your air intake (or at least a cold air intake
Take off your cats
Take off your muffler
Rip out the carpet, insulation, and any other piece of the interior that can be constrewn as excess weight (AC hardware, heater, spare, passenger seats, etc
Tape over any body panel joints on the leading surfaces of your vehicle
Lower your vehicle

Take the bus.
