Gary Johnson: Status

Anyone know what is the status of Gary Johnson? It looked like he sprained an ankle down the stretch Saturday. I'd hate to go to Stillwater without his services!

I would be interested to watch this team without Gary. I love the kid and he plays his heart out, but he is becoming Reggie Freeman, Jr a/k/a "the black hole." When the ball goes to him there is no longer any ball movement and he is going to be taking the shot. Regardless of where he gets the ball. With the insertion of Dogus at the point, the offense gets stagnant when you have a player that takes a selfish approach on the offensive end.

Again, not questioning Gary's toughness, rebounding, or defense. Just would like to see him move the ball around on offense.

I've rolled many an ankle hooping. The issue now is how much they can let it heal; best case it's still something that's going to probably nag him the rest of the season. He'll be very susceptible to a re-injury too.
