Still no clutch hits for this team. Tied the game on a hit batsmen and three walks.

That strikeout was killer. No excuse for that. Defend the ******* plate and make 'em earn the out. Don't sit there are stare at strike three.

As with last year, seems we have too many hitters looking for handouts and hoping for walks rather than having the confidence to step up and get a hit.

Knebel pitched just one inning and saw the minimum last night, Fungi. Pretty standard for closers to make back-to-back appearances.

Yeah, that's true. Part of me hopes he doesn't get used too much early in the season as he's a freshman. I'll trust the coaches though, they generally seem to know what they're doing.
