had a girlfriend that lived there. quiet, great pool, nasty neighbors that did mean things.

Live there now, it's been great. Anything other than the smallest one bedrooms are really nice. I like the kinda secluded feel you get being in the woods.. Pool is great too, but they need a hot tub. They have a big pool, then a small one for pool volleyball? Weird.

Another friend of mine is moving into a nice one bed for like $780 at Gaines Ranch. Talk to them about giving you a free months rent, or $200 off. The girl I know said she was able to bargain with them a little bit. I got my lease back in January and got one month free on a 7-month lease.

In this renters' market, any one-bedroom that is going for $780 better include Jennifer Garner!

If you can afford over $800 in rent why not just buy? I could show you how....

Great view, a little overpriced and small rooms.

You may want to try the Cliffs at Barton Creek or The Preserve for better prices.
