I saw this on the news the other day and thought I wonder if he is Gabe's brother, then they showed Gabe holding a little girl. This was a hate crime. His brother said that the guys who did this told the cops, "Atleast we got that n. "

I wish those parts of the country would catch up the rest of us.

An attack by four men on one unarmed man should be enough to consider it a hate crime (That's a moral position, not a leagal one). There's never an excuse for an uneven fight unless someone has a weapon.
