Ft Worth Bachelor's Party

One of my buddies is having his bachelor's party in Ft Worth this weekend and we don't know much about the area. I've been to the Sundance Square thing before, but is there something else we should know about?

Ok we'll check into that. Some of these guys are still poor college kids, so I'm guessing the budget for the night will be about $100 per person for food, booze, and entertainment.

Also, I'll be the only one driving up from Austin, but I was thinking about getting up there early enough to play one of the DFW golf courses. Does anyone have a recommendation on this? I'll obviously need a public course and something in the neighborhood of $50 for 18 holes.

Thanks again...

a bunch of young guys like yourselves should hang out at various bars in Sundance Square and I think you'd have a decent chance to get laid. Its pretty fun down there.

Played the Bear Creek East Course. It was in great condition for January, but I thought the course layout kinda sucked. Stayed in Sundance Square at some sleazy hotel. Sundance Square kinda blows compared to Austin bars, but maybe we were just there on a bad night.

The Stockyard's has places that are more bachelor party-ish than the Sundance Square area. Sundance is more families with kids. For example, see the White Elephant Saloon. It was where Kennedy's Secret Service detail got smashed the night before the assassination back in 1963. Link below:
