Heading to Ft. Smith, Ar for work in the morning for the weekend. Where can I eat, drink, be merry?

My family met up in Fort Smith last fall for a family reunion of sorts. (Don't ask.)

Not much goin' on there. We found a very nice Italian restaurant called Taliano's a couple of miles east of the historic part of town, and a large sports-themed joint called The Varsity within walking distance of the tourist attractions, but other than that, it was pretty dead.

Oh yeah, we actually found a decent Mexican restaurant near The Varsity. I was surprised by their food -- it was edible.
