Frontline this week

Yes. I read the Fortune article last week and found this report to be equally as compelling and more confrontational (which I applaud). I though the episode focused on both investors that refused to ask hard questions as well as "feeders" that absolutely abdicated their fiduciary duty to their clients.

The episode also detailed the failure of the SEC to investigate despite several letters of investment professionals claiming a ponzi scheme.

Must viewing.

This is the best news show on television IMO. Or investigative journalism show if you chose to categorize it that way. Last night's episode was fascinating. The episode earlier this season entitled "11 trillion and counting" was also great.

The SEC's failure in its investigative/enforcement function in this case is staggering. The relevant parties in the SEC seem well educated on the law but undereducated on the business side of these cases.
