Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't Front Gate started here in Austin in response to the excessive surcharges swindled by Ticket Master? Well I just went to buy a $25 ticket for a show and the surcharge with Front Gate is $5.50/ticket. Over 20% of the ticket price in surcharges!
I've never seen a surcharge like this for a $25 ticket. I stopped the order so who knows what other charges they tacked on later.
