I hate to bump myself, but watching this game is getting me fired up about these 2 young safeties. In 30 yrs of watching UT football, I can't remember starting 2 freshmen back there. Tonight, Thomas (RS-FS) missed an assignment, but it was a tough one and was understandable considering the formation and having to cover their best WR One-on one. Gideon looked good on a couple of blitzes.

Didn't we have an entire backfield of freshmen 12-15 years back who went on to start for 4 years?
