Freezer Issue

We have some water leaking into the bottom of the freezer. The freezer seems to be cooling fine, as the water freezes into hard ice in the bottom w/o issue.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Freezer drain is probably clogged. Remove the backing of the freezer and you will probably see ice buildup. Pour warm or hot water over the ice buildup and down into the drain to dislodge the debris/ice.

Have a shop vac ready because the overflow pan will do just that and overflow from the excess water.

Do you mean water that is condensing on the inside of the freezer? The seal around the door may be dirty, or no longer pliable-see if cold air is leaking out around it.
