Fozzy injured

Supposedly just a helmet to the knee and not serious. Heard nothing about MRI's or anything like that.

I hope that's true. This kid is becoming one of my favorite horns and he hasn't even seen the field.

Just hope he doesn't turn out to be like "the ghost"

That is good news and a pretty good sign it won't be an ACL or something to hold him out more than a week or two IMHO.

Good, I would hate to have our best runner (well he's currently in a dead heat with McGee) injured before the season begins.
 
Instantly had a flashback to Sherrod Harris getting hurt and not getting a hard look for playing time afterwards. I really hope this (knock on wood) seemingly minor injury doesn't become something more serious. Jamaal's shoes are big ones to fill, especially if you believe the coaches plan to run 200+ yards a game.
 
The guys on 1530 reported yesterday that Fozzy was okay and was back on the field. They thought it might have been just a hard helmet-to-the-knee hit.
