Former UT Baseball player passes away...

Former UT Pitcher and a member of the Texas Hall of Honor passed away earlier this afternoon at his home in Arlington, TX. The reason I know this is because he is also my Grandfather...he was 78 years old and he is the reason i am such a huge longhorn fan today...if prayer is your thing, they would be much appreciated for me and my family...thank you...

I want to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers...My Grandfather was a great man and you couldnt ask for a better Grandfather to have...we had a graveside service at the National Cemetery in Dallas on Thursday and a wonderful memorial service in Fort Worth yesterday. My uncle made a video for the service and the first song leading off was The Eyes of Texas, which apparently my Grandmother said had to be the first song...Thanks again everyone...
