Former agent blows whistle on several players

Interesting article, with several college players named as taking money. Several from Pac 10 schools, a few from Colorado, none from Texas. No shocker that John Blake is mentioned.

Further confirms the slimy nature of the business, and how easy it is for an agent to get to a college kid.

I always think it's funny when college coaches blame agents for creating these messes, when it's far more beneficial in the short term to turn a blind eye to all of this stuff.

At the same time, this guy just reeks of slime. You can almost see the Jay Mohr character from Jerry Maguire kissing *** and backstabbing behind all of the ********. Throwing a bunch of has-beens under the bus serves virtually no purpose, especially considering how long ago these guys were in college, and the changes that the NCAA has made since then.

Disturbing article. I heard it discussed on one of the morning radio shows today. This is the seamy underside of college sports, and pro sports. I don't know how the NCAA can police this business, but they must try somehow.
