can't find this on pro-doc. I've drafted a ton of **** today, and got stuck. looking for a shortcut.
I need one for an unmarried woman. all prop (gen. bequeath) to daughter. if daughter dead..then to daughter's kids....then to nieces and nephews.
basically, prodoc will get me to daughter...daughter...grandkids...then to heirs at law. do I just need to name each niece and nephew individually, or is there a neat "lawyer in a box" form for this online somewhere?
