Jerry Palm of CollegeRPI.com has San Diego State in as a 10 seed in his most recent (3-13-10, 2 AM) bracket. He has Texas as a 7.

Either the MWC gets 4 bids or SDSU has to beat UNLV in the finals today. While most RPI groups had SDSU ahead of UNLV, UNLV actually had more quality wins before yesterday and a better record. SDSU had split with UNM and UNLV, but lost both games to BYU. SDSU had onlyone other win against RPI top 100 teams (rpi 95 Arizona). Meanwhile, UNLV split with New Mexico, BYU, and SDSU, and had 4 wins over rpi top 100 (Louisville 38, Nevada 62, Weber State 87, Arizona 94).

We've seen the A-10 get screwed worse than this in recent years.
