For those not going to the game. What are you making? I was going to do a brisket, but I don't want to get up that early.

I decided just this morning, (pre-dawn Game Day), that I'm doing a pre-brined corn beef to be served on rye with Swiss and cole slaw.

I'll be making my HEB run shortly.

Need anything while I'm out?

This week we play UCF @ 11am. I'm going to Mi Madres for breakfast tacos at 8:30am.

Birthday cake and Little Ceasar's pizza. Kid turned 3 this week, and it was the best weekend for the in-laws to make it....guess I'll have the game on in the background
